All components supplied by Amela Group Limited are backed by an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal operating conditions.
How to Make a Claim
Contact info@amelaltd.uk with your order reference, a description of the defect, and photographic evidence. Our technical team will respond within 5 business days with inspection instructions.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover: incorrect or improper installation; physical damage or alteration of the product; misapplication or incorrect part selection; normal wear and tear; neglect or lack of maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
Our sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the approved defective part. The company is not liable for labour costs, towing fees, or any consequential damages.
