Delivery Lead Times

Exact shipping and delivery lead times are calculated and communicated during the quotation process, depending on order volume and real-time inventory availability.

Shipping Methods

  • Express Courier: DHL, FedEx, UPS, or DPD — fast tracked delivery for smaller wholesale consignments.
  • Air Freight: Suitable for medium-volume urgent orders requiring speed and reliability.
  • Sea Freight (LCL / FCL): For high-volume, heavy, or palletised wholesale and OEM cargo. Custom freight quotations available.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are dispatched on a DAP (Delivered At Place) or EXW (Ex Works) basis unless agreed otherwise in writing. The buyer is solely responsible for clearing customs and paying local import duties, VAT, or any applicable taxes in the destination country.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number or Bill of Lading will be provided for real-time shipment monitoring.

Cargo Inspection and Claims

We enforce strict quality control and packaging inspection before every dispatch. Buyers must inspect cargo immediately upon arrival. Any shipping damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
