18-Month Limited Warranty Policy
All components supplied by Amela Group Limited are backed by an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase. To claim the warranty, the defect must be officially inspected and approved by our technical team or the original manufacturer.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover: incorrect or improper installation; physical damage, impacts, or alterations to the product; misapplication or selecting the wrong product for the vehicle; normal wear and tear, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
Terms of Claim
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs to return the part for inspection. Our sole obligation is limited to repairing or replacing the approved defective part.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labour costs, towing fees, or damages to other components.
OEM and Private Label Liability Disclaimer
For products manufactured under our OEM or Private Label services, liability is limited strictly to the physical quality and performance of the components under the 18-Month Warranty. Amela Group Limited acts strictly as a manufacturer and supplier and shall not be held liable for any loss of business reputation, brand value, or commercial impact on the client brand.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
